How the AI Sprint works

We plan the project together before you arrive, so the Sprint is focused on creating something you’ll actually use. By the end, you’ll have an AI assistant configured around your own business, ready to start using the following week.

Before the Sprint

2. 30 min planning call

Together we’ll define a project that’s achievable within the Sprint. You leave with a Project Brief: your problem, your target outcome, and the exact information you need to bring.

During the Sprint

1. Organise your knowledge

Gather the documents, emails and information your AI needs to learn from.

2. Configure your assistant

Configure your custom assistant in ChatGPT or Claude and teach it how your business runs.

3. Put it to work

Create the templates and workflows you'll use every week to get work done.

4. Test, refine & launch

Test it, refine it, and leave with a clear 90-day plan for what to tackle next.

Yes. This Sprint is designed for business owners, not programmers. We work in plain English, in small groups and at your pace. If you can use email and browse the web, you can do this.

We primarily work with ChatGPT and Claude because they’re the most capable and widely used AI platforms for business. We'll recommend the best option for your project during the planning call.

No. Just bring your laptop and a real business challenge you’d like to solve. We’ll guide you through setting everything up during the Sprint. You’ll need a ChatGPT Plus or Claude Pro subscription (around €20/month), which gives you access to the features we use. There’s no coding and nothing to install.

We keep our groups small so everyone gets plenty of individual support. If your chosen session doesn’t reach the minimum number of participants, we’ll offer you an alternative date or a full refund. Booking early never puts you at risk.

Yes. The aim isn’t to learn about AI - it’s to leave with one AI assistant configured around your business and ready to start using. We’ll help you choose a project that’s realistic to complete during the Sprint.

Absolutely. Many businesses get the best results when two or more people attend together, especially if they’ll both be using the assistant afterwards.
